Sound Breathing requires two quest phases: locate all three of Uzui's wives (Suma, Makio, Hinatsuru) and collect three Perfect Crystals from map spawn points. You must reset any existing breathing with Breath Indict before starting if you already have another style equipped.

Finding Uzui's Wives
After locating each wife NPC, return to Tengen Uzui behind the Slayer Corps backyard near Jako's house. Perfect Crystal Farming

Server hopping resets spawn timers. Join fresh servers after collecting one crystal to grab others quickly. Do not confuse Perfect Crystals with Crystal Essence used elsewhere — wrong items fail Uzui's dialogue.
Patch 5.5 Rework Highlights
